A case may be referred by calling 96 120 38 05 or by sending an E-mail to email@example.com.
We always call the companions once the patient is cared for and we make the decisions together. If it is a case taken during emergency hours, or we can not locate the companion at that time, we will inform about the case as soon as possible through an E-mail or by telephone.
The owners will be given a budget for the necessary scheduled tests, they must fill out the authorization to hospitalize the patient. The budget must be paid in full, at the time of admission, for any procedure that requires anesthesia, and if the patient requires hospitalization, the payment will be updated daily.
The Hospital offers a visiting hours schedule in the morning (from 12:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.) and in the afternoon (from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.), outside these schedules, visits can be made to patients provided the people in charge of the case are notified in advance and these are adapted to their availability.
Every patient has a team of assigned veterinarians and assistants, as well as one or two persons in charge of the same; who are in charge of talking to the owners and to their sender veterinarian.
Every day the veterinary companion and the owners are kept informed, by telephone, of the state and the evolution of the patient.
The veterinarian will also be informed, by telephone, of the test results that very same day; and, a full report will be sent to him/her within the following 48 hours by E-mail. Whenever possible we will give 2 copies to the owner.
